Avanceon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at the Karachi office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales, particularly in the field of instrumentation and valve solutions. The primary responsibility of this role will be to handle sales activities for renowned brands such as Endress+Hauser Instruments, Samson Valve, and Honeywell Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for Instrumentation and valve business.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding field instrumentation and valve solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Independently execute a sale of 150 – 200 M PKR.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the field of field instrumentation and valve sales.
  • Prior experience working with reputable instrumentation brands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
