Avanceon is seeking a driven and technically skilled Product Sales Engineer with 3–4 years of relevant experience to expand and support our market presence in Karachi. This role will focus on the sales and application of Endress+Hauser Instruments, Samson Control Valves, and Fire & Gas Detection systems across various industries. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to identify client needs, develop solutions, and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within target industries (e.g., Textile, pharmaceuticals, W/WW, manufacturing).
Work with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic account management and development.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
2. Technical Consultation and Solution Selling:
Provide clients with in-depth technical knowledge on Endress+Hauser Instruments, Samson Control Valves, and Fire & Gas Detection systems.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical site visits to address customer requirements and showcase product capabilities.
Assist clients in selecting the right products and solutions to meet their specific process and safety requirements.
3. Proposal Development and Documentation:
Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contract documentation in alignment with Avanceon’s standards and client specifications.
Ensure all documentation, including order forms, contracts, and client correspondence, is accurate and timely.
4. Customer Relationship Management and After-Sales Support:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and secure repeat business.
Address post-sales inquiries, facilitate training sessions, and offer technical support to ensure optimal product performance.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics) and external suppliers to meet delivery and project deadlines.
Work with regional and technical sales teams to share insights and ensure alignment on project goals and customer expectations.
