Job description:

Under this role, you will be responsible for making dozens of calls per day, collaborating with channel partners, igniting interest in potential customers, screening leads, and coordinating with the sales manager. By preparing/managing data reports and handling ERP entries, you must support business operations alongside the business operation lead.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales orders and project entries in ERP, as well as removing holds to ensure timely backordering
  • Coordination with the Logistics and Store teams to ensure that the material is delivered to the client.
  • Preparing order delivery forecasts and reviewing demand status
  • Supporting the Business Operations Manager by providing timely notification to get the Sale Order Invoiced.
  • In a timely manner, create WOs for all tech support visits.
  • Support PAK/DUBAI/QATAR admin for cost booking of expenses belongs to After Market Support team members.
  • Reduce costs by making the best use of administrative resources.
  • Conduct a quarterly review of assigned OKRs.
  • Coordinating Monthly reporting for Vendor PO generation
  • Performing any other office work assigned by Department Seniors.

Minimum Qualification/ Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in this particular field.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Should be willing to work on contract basis.
  • Good communication & customer service skills
