Avanceon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company's business objectives and enhance its market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  1. Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  1. Drive brand awareness through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and PR initiatives.
  1. Generate leads and nurture prospects through targeted campaigns and initiatives, collaborating closely with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
  1. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including website content, brochures, presentations, and case studies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  1. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  1. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
  1. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  1. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  1. Represent Avanceon at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, networking with key stakeholders and fostering strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

∙ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

∙ Having experience 5 to 10 years in B2B business

∙ Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the B2B or technology industry.

∙ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards common goals.

∙ Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities.

∙ Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

∙ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

∙ Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

∙ Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

∙ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
