Responsibilities:
- Analyze/assess the requirements of banking facilities (working capital and trade limits) and ensure their availability for the smooth execution of the business.
- Overseeing the functionality and availability of all banking facilities used by Avanceon Limited and Octopus Digital Limited (Subsidiary of Avanceon).
- Strong relationship building with the banks.
- Responsible for the issuance of Financial Instruments such as LCs, BGs, bank drafts, Bid bonds, and other financial instruments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a close working relationship with banks and financial institutions to facilitate smooth transactions and minimize processing time.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies for the issuance of financial instruments.
- Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Assistance is Liquidity preparation.
- Project handover meetings
- Monthly Intercompany reconciliations
Qualification/Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the banking sector.
