Job Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Sales of Building Automation and portfolio and generation of new business opportunities
  • Pre Qualify Avanceon and its associated OEM’s with consultants.
  • While meeting with consultants, the resource should be able to preempt the upcoming projects.
  • Interact with customers to understand their requirements
  • Perform site surveys to develop / verify scope of works and BOQ
  • Perform marketing & sales visits to customers to develop and maintain good business relationships
  • Prepare and submit offers to client in timely manner with technically compliant OEM solutions
  • Generate RFQs to OEMs as per client requirements and coordinate with OEM team to obtain proposals
  • Evaluate proposal received from OEM and ensure technical compliance w.r.t client requirements
  • Follow up with customer for timely acquisition of orders
  • Handing Over of orders to execution team as per guidelines
  • Follow up with internal teams for timely delivery of awarded orders/Projects
  • Responsible for project management & execution of day to day project activities, to achieve timely completion of project remaining within budget.
  • Assist in creation of project baseline plan and monitor project progress and milestones.
  • Assist in creation of project budget and monitor project growth, budget and adhere to contract. Ensure positive cash flow all the times.
  • Lead Engineering & Procurement teams for timely completion of the engineering and procurement deliverables.
  • Manage & ensure the highest standard of HSE during all project phases.
  • Supervise & monitor construction, subcontracting, pre-commissioning and commissioning works till plant performance testing and during the warranty period.
  • Attend weekly/monthly meetings with Client/ Management.
