We are seeking an experienced highly motivated, self driver and results-oriented Business Development Lead to join our dynamic Sales team. In this critical role, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive new business growth. You will leverage your extensive experience in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals to achieve ambitious sales targets.

• Strategic Growth:
o Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company objectives.
o Conduct thorough market research to customer segments, Government and Semi Government Organizations, business growth and business opportunities.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop a competitive advantage.
o Set and achieve aggressive yet attainable sales goals for the team.

• Lead Generation:
o Proactively generate qualified leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, email marketing, and attending industry events.
o Qualify leads and prioritize them based on potential value and fit with company offerings.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
• Business Development & Sales Cycle Management:
o Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
o Navigate the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and contract closure.
o Manage and coach a team of Business Development Representatives, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure their success.
o Oversee the development and implementation of effective sales processes and methodologies.
• Relationship Building & Client Management:

o Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
o Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
o Identify and address client needs, proposing customized solutions that exceed expectations.
• Collaboration & Communication:

o Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure a seamless client experience.
o Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing.
o Prepare insightful reports and presentations to communicate sales performance, market trends, and future opportunities to management.
Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a Business Development or related sales leadership role.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
• In-depth understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) a plus.
