Responsibilities:

1.Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries in and out of the office the correct point of storage area.

2.Follow standard procedure for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.

3.Monitor and take inventory on regular basis.

4.Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and supplier invoices are filed

and stored properly.

5.Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.

6.Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities and maintain housekeeping.

7.Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

8.Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy.

9.Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.

10.Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter the Inventory/Materials Management System.

11.Post all supplier invoices using the GP system.

12.Speak with others using clear and professional language.

13.Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures.

14.Adhere to Company Health and Safety procedures particularly.

15.Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels.

16.Assist the Accounts Payable Clerk / payable assistant in finding out any cost discrepancies.

17.Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.

18.Extend all requisitions daily and update the inventory management software/system.

19.Work closely with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.

20.Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process.

Requirements:

High School /Diploma

UPDA Certificate is plus

Minimum 7-8 years’ experience

Familiar with requirements of QP and QCHEM

Working Knowledge in MS office

Good interpersonal and communication skills are necessary

NOC required

Qatar Driving License
