We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Sales Engineer to help drive these innovations forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Prospecting and Client Engagement:
    • Identify and engage potential customers in industrial automation and digital transformation sectors.
    • Conduct prospecting activities, schedule meetings with decision-makers, and close deals effectively.
  2. Understanding Client Needs:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand pain points in OT/IT integration and digital transformation.
    • Utilize engineering expertise to propose tailored, insightful solutions.
  3. Proposal Development:
    • Partner with pre-sales, technical, and engineering teams to create customized technical proposals.
  4. Presentations and Demonstrations:
    • Deliver impactful, client-focused presentations and solution demonstrations.
  5. CRM and Sales Management:
    • Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines in CRM systems.
    • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while monitoring key performance metrics.
  6. Market Awareness:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
  7. Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address technical queries and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related fields).
  • Experience:
    Minimum of 1 year in sales or engineering in instrumentation, automation, or related industries (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Familiarity with industrial automation, instrumentation, or OT/IT systems is a plus.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Proficiency in CRM tools and a solid understanding of industrial automation technologies.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
