Role Summary:

As Project Coordinator your responsibilities will include working closely with our Teams Leads to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create project plans, establish timelines using Agile best practices (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Work directly with internal and external team to help implement project goals while identifying the hurdles timely
  • Establish critical paths in every project and compute slag times between activities
  • Ability and desire to work in collaboration to ensure successful project execution
  • Report on progress and provide regular updates on daily project activities and escalate blockers/impediments in a timely manner
  • Ensure all relevant project artifacts/documents are updated
  • Client communication and expectation management
  • Working knowledge of necessary industry-related tools
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
  • Perform day to day tasks to accuracy with minimal directions while meeting deadlines

Qualification & Skillsets:

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Energetic and thoughtful communicator – well spoken
  • Tactful and tenacious follow up and follow through
  • Critical thinker that will test assumptions, ask clarifying questions and anticipate needs. You don’t just give what’s asked for, you think about what else may be needed
  • Desire to work with people of different cultures, develop an understanding of cultural differences and why these differences are a competitive advantage – which should be recognized, honored, and celebrated

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
