We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Accounts Executive to join our team and take charge of managing both sales and accounts functions within our organization. As the Sales and Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Job Description:

o Manage the organization's ERP system, including entering winning projects and maintaining project data.

o Oversee the CRM software, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of customer information.

o Track and send invoices to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to billing schedules.

o Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that all relevant information is accurately entered into the ERP and CRM systems.

o Generate reports from ERP and CRM systems to provide insights into sales performance, customer trends, and revenue forecasts.

o Liaise with internal stakeholders such as sales, finance, and project management teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to ERP and CRM data.

o Assist in training and onboarding new employees on the use of ERP and CRM systems.

o Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ERP and CRM processes, making recommendations for improvements as needed.

o Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations as required.

o Assist with other ad hoc tasks related to sales and accounts functions as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

o Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

o Passionate about pursuing a career in sales administration, accounts management, or a similar role.
