A Senior finance and commercial executive within the banking division is responsible for maintaining strong and healthy relationships with the banks, ensuring compliance, and responsible for financial operations and management of the bank’s financial resources.
- Analyze/assess the requirements of banking facilities (working capital and trade limits) and ensure their availability for the smooth execution of the business.
- Overseeing the functionality and availability of all banking facilities used by Avanceon Limited and Octopus Digital Limited.
- Strong relationship building with the banks.
- Responsible for the issuance of Financial Instruments such as LCs, BGs, bank drafts, Bid bonds, and other financial instruments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a close working relationship with banks and financial institutions to facilitate smooth transactions and minimize processing time.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies for the issuance of financial instruments.
- Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Assistance is Liquidity preparation.
- Project handover meetings
- Monthly Intercompany reconciliations
Qualification/Criteria:
Master’s degree from a reputable organization
Experience:
At least 4 to 6 years of working experience in the banking sector.
