Avanceon is looking for highly skilled and experienced Project EngineerS who can manage projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery while adhering to technical specifications and client requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

    o Work experience in handling individual projects starting from post order to delivery.

    o Co-ordination with cross functional departments in ensuring the project is delivered on time.

    o Co-ordination with clients, sub-vendors and other project stakeholders.

    o Working experience in chemical dosing packages, water treatment packages, Oil & Gas skid packages would be preferred.

    o Exposure to Saudi Aramco/ADNOC/PDO/Shell/QE Energy company specifications would be considered as added advantage.

    o Exposure to international standards for pumps, tanks, piping, valves, etc., is essential.

    o Basic exposure on reading skid GA drawings and fabrication drawings.

    o Familiar with all kinds of equipment, piping, electrical and instrumentation symbols as per IEC and ISA.

    o Complete project management starting from post-bid to delivery.

    o Must be capable of developing the Engineering deliverables as per project specification and client requirement.

    o Identify the scope of work, list of engineering documents deliverables and communicate to other supporting departments.

    o Single point of contact between Avanceon and client.

    o Arrange client KOM and coordinate with internal team.

    o Submission of progress report to client on agreed time frame.

    o Conduct regular project progress meeting with internal stake holders.

    o Attend client progress review meetings and liaise the expectation to internal team.

    o Review of sub-vendor offers and provide delivery recommendation to procurement department.

    o Raising the purchase order request (IR) in portal.

    o Monitor the execution of the work, identifying any risks or opportunities in a timely manner.

    o Coordinate for PIM with client, internal QC and vendor to ensure timely startup of fabrication activities.

    o Coordinate with sub-contractor for timely completion of fabrication and integration activities.

    o Coordinate with client / internal testing engineer to make sure FAT completed successfully.

    o Coordinate internal team / vendor towards closure of punch points and get the IRN for on time delivery.

    o Ensure that the work is carried out in a professional manner and in compliance with applicable contracts, Company policies and relevant laws and regulations.

    o Identify areas of concern with respect to progress of assigned projects and recommend corrective action wherever required.

    o To perform all tasks required in the initiation, execution and closure of the project.

    o Arranging and attending all meeting in a project (interdepartmental or with clients)

    Qualification & Requirements

    Bachelor of Engineering (BE / B.TECH) in Mechanical / Chemical from a reputed university with good academic record.

    Familiarity in Project management software like MS project, MS-Office and ERP


    Note: Job will generally be performed in an office environment, but may require travel to visit a Client’s office or production facility.
