Role Summary:
Avanceon is currently seeking a proficient Technical Project Manager based in Qatar to spearhead SCADA & Digitalization endeavors, foster client relationships, oversee project financials, and harness the potential of emerging technologies. A background in roads infrastructure is a valuable asset for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries.
Project Management:
- Lead Control center, SCADA & Digitalization projects from initiation through successful completion.
- Create and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure the achievement of project-related goals, including invoicing, collections, and revenues.
- Oversee the technical delivery of projects through an in-house remote execution team.
Technology Expertise:
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies, such as OT cybersecurity and cloud solutions.
- Provide clients with informed technology solutions, particularly pertaining to Roads and Tunnels.
- Understand the integration requirements, including web services, NTCIP, OPC, Modbus, and more.
Team Leadership:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in Technical Project Management.
- Proficiency in project management, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud, Data Lakes, AI, and analytics is advantageous.
- Experience in roads infrastructure projects is a plus.
- PMP certification is a beneficial credential.
