Job Description: Avanceon is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while also ensuring an exceptional user experience across all digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into engaging design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and align with brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Advocate for the user by championing user-centered design principles throughout the design process.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven insights to continually improve the user experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and design thinking methodologies.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record and substantial 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Proficient in crafting wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to articulate design concepts effectively.
Expertise in utilizing a range of design and prototyping tools, including but not limited to Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch, and Photoshop.
Comprehensive understanding of web and app development processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective teamwork and project execution.
